“ Don’t let this restaurant get past you! This is the 2nd time I’ve eaten here and tonight it was with my hubby and we were celebrating our 14th anniversary. Evan was our waiter tonight and he was great! We started with the olive tapanade for a starter and the French Orchard cocktail and the Grapefruit something. DELISH! For mains hubbs had the flat iron steak and I had the chefs special which was grilled octopus and shrimp over creamy polenta. FABULOUS! Dessert was the apple bread pudding. STELLAR! I cannot recommend West 122 enough! You won’t regret it. ”

We got the spaghetti and meatballs (fresh, herbaceous, and authentic), and the chicken with cider pan jus (perfectly crispy skin on the chicken, creamy potatoes, and so flavorful). “ We really liked it here. They had a seared halibut on special and it was cooked so well, really very good. Our server was really nice. We were seated in a quiet atmosphere in the back. The white bean dip appetizer was surprisingly really tatsy, a lil more than we anticipated. The flavors were nicely balanced - a few more pieces of crostini with it would be nice. Overall, happy we came. Bathrooms were very clean. ”

From the citrus and fruit perfectly paired to the egg white on top damn near whipped to a meringue. The pork chop was over the top! Texture of a dry aged filet, flavor out of this world! Perfectly cooked greens, masterfully creamy polenta....Smoked chicken was crispy yet melted in your mouth. Artfully seasoned, and accompanied by the most decadent whipped potatoes. I've been to every upscale restaurant in Tacoma. West 122 Is by far the best there is. ”
